Meet Our Team

Jenny has been a hairstylist since 2002 where she started her career in her hometown of Columbus, Ohio.  She has enjoyed the privilege of working alongside and leading the team at Salon Soleil since she took ownership in 2019. Jenny loves color and cutting. She loves Aveda for so many reasons first and foremost she loves the product line and color because they make it easy to provide healthy, beautiful hair for her guests.  She is passionate about helping her guests look and feel their best while enjoying their experience in the salon.  When she is not at work she enjoys spending time with her family, riding her spin bike and soaking up the Florida sun. 

Figen has been a hairstylist since 1999. She moved to Fort Myers in 2018 from Chicago.  She loves taking care of people and making them look and feel their best. Her favorite thing about working with Aveda is how customizable the color is and the way that it keeps her guest’s hair healthy and shiny. It is also important to her that Aveda is a cruelty free company with all vegan products. When Figen isn’t working she loves taking her dog Henry to the dog park and enjoying the Florida sunshine.

Vickie is from Illinois and has been doing hair since 1981. Her favorite thing about doing hair is connecting with her guests and working with them on their cut and color to help them look and feel like the best version of themselves possible. Vickie loves working with Aveda color and products because of the instant results she sees and feels in the condition of her guest's hair. In her free time, Vickie loves spending time with her husband. Once a year they make time for a trip to Key West together.

Amanda has been doing hair since 2016 when she graduated from Salon Success in California. She moved to Florida from California in 2018 and has been with Aveda ever since. Her passion for hair starts with connecting with her guests to helping create a unique look that is customized just for them. She enjoys helping to keep their hair healthy and stylish. She loves being part of Aveda because of the naturally derived products, the conditioning colors and stress relief rituals . She enjoys spending her off time with her family and kids, exploring Florida and enjoys listening and dancing to music.

Kimberly moved from Georgia to Fort Myers four years ago with her husband and children. Inspired by watching her grandmother do hair, she developed a passion for the craft from a young age. She graduated from the Aveda Institute of Arts and Science in Atlanta in 2013 and built her career working in Aveda salons, where she honed her skills and creativity. Now an educator at the Aveda Institute, Kimberly loves sharing her knowledge and passion with students. She particularly enjoys the art of color, customizing shades to enhance each client’s unique features and style.

Tesla graduated from cosmetology school in 2015 and moved from Ohio to Florida in 2018.  She enjoys the variety that comes with working in the beauty industry and is passionate about making others feel their best.  She loves connecting with her guests through color and cutting experiences and excels in hair styling.  Her favorite thing about working with Aveda color is that every client receives a custom formula that leaves their hair looking and feeling its best.  Tesla's favorite thing to do when she is not doing hair is to spend time with her kids and dog doing outdoor activities or just hanging out at home . 

Michaela moved to Florida in 2021 from North Carolina.  Her love for hair started at a young age as she watched her mom work.  She taught herself to braid and began practicing on dolls.  At that time she knew she was meant to be a stylist. Michaela graduated from the Aveda Institute in Fort Myers in August of '23. She loves Aveda. Because of the great education that she received, she was able to make her dream of becoming a knowledgeable and talented stylist come true!  "Aveda isn't just a product, it's a lifestyle"

Tristin has been with Salon Soleil since 2024 and has been a valuable team member in her role as assistant and front desk coordinator.  We are so excited to have her join our team of hairstylists. Her attention to detail and the care that she gives her guests is noticed by all who meet her. She loves doing all types of hair and she is passionate about helping curly haired clients get the most out of their curls!  She can't wait to have you in her chair!
